Meet Studio KSL's Founder, Katrina Scott
Katrina Scott is a mom of three and the founder of Studio KSL. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and is an NCCA-accredited NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.
She is a Women’s Fitness Specialist with advanced education in prenatal and postnatal fitness, hormone health, and menopause. Katrina has also completed Executive Education at Harvard Medical School in Lifestyle Medicine & Nutrition Programming.
Studio KSL is a family-run brand led by Katrina and her husband, Brian Scott. Together, they are building a science-based approach to women’s wellness through movement, strength, nutrition, and longevity, supporting women through every season of life.
