Meet Studio KSL's Founder, Katrina Scott
Katrina Scott is a mom of three and the founder of Studio KSL. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and is an NCCA-accredited NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.
She is a Women’s Fitness Specialist with advanced education in prenatal and postnatal fitness, hormone health, and menopause. Katrina has also completed Executive Education at Harvard Medical School in Nutrition, Lifestyle Medicine, and Nutrition Programming.
Studio KSL is a family-run brand led by Katrina and her husband, Brian Scott. Together, they are building a science-based approach to women’s wellness through movement, strength, nutrition, and longevity, supporting women through every season of life.
