FOR NUTRITION SUBSCRIPTIONS:
As clearly stated in the Subscriptions Terms & Details, "ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS HAVE A 2 ORDER/SHIPMENT MINIMUM before a subscription cancellation can be initiated. Your initial order Black Friday discount is 35%, and then converts to 15% thereafter. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms & Details above."
Subscriptions can not be refunded or returned. You can initiate a cancellation after you receive your second shipment.

At KS Lifestyle LLC, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. We stand behind the quality of our health and dietary supplements and fitness equipment, and we handle refunds fairly and transparently in compliance with Shopify’s Merchant Policy Requirements and applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only for:

Items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, returned within 7 days of delivery.

Orders that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (reported within 7 days of delivery).
Opened or used supplements cannot be refunded due to health and safety regulations.
2. Refund Process

Email members@studioksl.com with your order number and reason for refund.

If eligible, we’ll issue return instructions and review your item once received.

Upon approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You’ll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Opened or used supplements (protein, creatine, colostrum/collagen, etc...)

Gift cards

Final sale, promotional, or clearance items

Shipping costs (unless due to company error)
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check with your bank or credit card provider—processing times vary.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it must follow our return and refund process.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
