Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Studio KSL and KS Lifestyle LLC. Because of the nature of our products, certain restrictions apply to returns to ensure product safety and compliance with health regulations.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened, used, or tampered supplements

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items

Free promotional items or samples
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at members@studioksl.com.

Include your order number and a photo of the item(s) received.
We will replace or refund the affected item at no additional cost once verified.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Email members@studioksl.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.

Ship the unopened item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.
Unauthorized returns or packages sent without approval may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to you at your expense or discarded.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
